Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the supply of heating, cooling and refrigeration services by Dannys HVAC. By requesting a quote or engaging our services you agree to be bound by these terms.

Quotes

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless stated otherwise. Work commences once a quote is accepted in writing and any required deposit is paid.

Workmanship & Warranties

All work is carried out by licensed technicians. Manufacturer warranties apply to installed equipment, and our workmanship is guaranteed for the period stated on your quote or invoice.

Payment

Invoices are due within 7 days unless otherwise agreed. Overdue accounts may attract interest at the maximum rate permitted by law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Dannys HVAC liability is limited to the cost of the services supplied. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
